Scope of Work

The InstallCard will cover the labor connect camera(s)to existing power outlet, setup the IP connection to an existing PC and make sure that the cameras are aimed, focused and adjusted properly. The technician will: Unpack and configure the camera(s) to your network router using the wired connection Place the camera(s) in the desired location(s) Plug the camera into an existing, nearby 110v power outlet Aim and adjust the camera to get the best image Test the performance of the camera via the http://portal.nextviewcam.com web portal (account must be set up by the customer prior to the camera installation)

• There is no open port on the network router, requires router upgrade, port extender or addition of a wireless router
• There is no 110v power outlet near the desired camera location (requires an electrician to install an outlet
• Desired camera location is too far away from the wireless router for good connection/image quality. Requires customer supplied wireless range extender.
• Additional camera(s) added to the system
