Scope of Work

With this InstallCard a professional technician will configure your existing home security system to be monitored by NextAlarm. The current alarm system must be in working order and supported by NextAlarm. The technician will: Enter the alarm system’s programming mode (code to be supplied by customer) Program in the following information; Primary receiver phone number, Backup receiver phone number, Account number, Reporting format: Contact ID Change the settings, if desired, for the following functions; Set user codes, Set delay times, Turn zone chime on or off Test the system to ensure it is reporting to the NextAlarm central monitoring station.

• Outgoing phone access is via VoIP which would require an ABN adapter and additional labor
• If the alarm system is non-functional or reporting trouble codes that prevent full functionality (alarm needs to replaced/repaired)
• The programming codes are not available (the alarm needs to be replaced)
